TRAINING

Built from the ground up, our organization is a grassroots, veteran‑community–based initiative dedicated to supporting those who’ve served. We bring veterans together through shared experience, mutual support, and meaningful connection—creating a place where every voice matters and every member belongs.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

  • Request an online or in person consultation.

  • Identify potential job positions.

  • Contact industry partners.

  • Create training plan in conjunction with industry partners.

  • Identify future job positions.

  • Generate timeline for training plan.

  • Monitor progress with industry partners' feedback.

PERIODIC REVIEW

  • Progress review with in-house mental health councilor.

  • Feedback from industry partners for practicum opportunity.

WHAT IS THE FLEXABLE EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM?

  • Flexible Employment Training Program allows participants to receive training from multiple educational institutes with a flexible timeline.

  •  

    Curriculum are created according to a sponsoring employers' specifications with an employment opportunity lined up after the completion of the program.
